And they call it “puppy love”… Yes this love affair started when I was in high school. It was like sugar and spice and everything nice. And till now, I’m still in love with IT! Yes, it’s an IT, not HIM. My love for baking…

doctor-bakerMy love for butter, sugar and varieties of flours started at the age of 13. This is how I started, with just a hand mixer and a tabletop oven my parents gave me. Baking for family and friends was just a hobby then. I can’t go full time on baking because I was still studying then. Fast forward 2014 when I invested in a heavy duty mixer and a bigger oven. Doctor Baker became a reality. From the simplest cookies and bars, to the more complex sans rival, French macaron, baked cheesecakes, cakes and cupcakes in fondant and non-fondant icing, breads of different varieties (my best sellers are ham or bacon and cheese overload loaf in whole wheat flour and ensaymada), pizza and croissant.
