This week, we have the pleasure of having Sweetaholics some of our questions. How do you call yourselves?

Leche-Flan-SweetaholicsMN: When did you start?
S: 2012

MN: How did it all begun?
S: It started out as a hobby then I enrolled in the culinary school of Ms. Heny Sison; then eventually turned it into a business.

MN: What are your specialties and what are the most popular?
S: Fondant cakes, cupcakes, and lecheflans, but I’ve stopped making cakes and cupcakes. I am now concentrating in making classic lecheflan, creamcheese lecheflan, and the very 1st in the history of lecheflans, the “YEMA lecheflan!”

MN: What are your plans for your business in the next 2 years?
S: I’m not into anything big. I just want people to enjoy my baked goodies.

MN: Is there any advice you can give our fellow Marikeños who are thinking of doing the same business?
S: There is no shortcut in success. You need to strive for you to be able to achieve what you want in life.
