How did you decide that you want to put up this kind of business?
I knew that it’s in the Filipino people to eat lechon.

It’s my hope that someday that my business will help hundreds or thousands of people.
What is your management style?
I manage the business myself. I think that I’m still a beginner but I hired skilled persons to help me.

I may improve to 20% to 30% in the next year and we hope to have it improved by 100% before it reaches 10 years.

The best part of our business is the quality of our lechon.
